PiazzadiSpagna9: a refined and multifaceted residence at the heart of Rome

Piazza di Spagna is one of the most iconic places in Rome and one of the most fascinating sites in the world. Here, on the third floor of a historical palazzo at number 9, are the six charming private rooms of a wonderful luxury hotel created by interior designer and art enthusiast Stefania Grippo.
The hotel is completed by a modern and glamorous living room and a hammam for two guests.

PiazzadiSpagna9 is not your typical boutique hotel, but an open space for events and contaminations between art, design, craftsmanship and fashion. It is dotted with installations, as well as unique pieces designed by Studio 9 – Grippo’s brainchild – or by designers cherry-picked around the world.

Thus, you can purchase anything you see in this exclusive accommodation in Rome. Each room is decorated with outstanding taste for furniture and refined details – especially for textiles, such as the Egyptian cotton sheets. The one thing that you cannot physically take home, but will stay forever with you all the same, is the breathtaking view over the unique Trinità dei Monti staircase, outside – visible directly from some of the hotel’s rooms.
